Carcoar Dam Sailing Club

Our Webpage has been Updated!!!

Welcome!

Sailing every Sunday during the Summer months!

Both racing and social sailing is catered for in monohulls and catamarans.

Social sailing may be held at Carcoar Dam as water levels permit - please contact the club for specific information and possible .

NOTE: Due to ongoing dangerously-low water levels at the dam,
all sailing on Carcoar Dam has been postponed for this current 2008-09 season.
To summarize what was discussed at the last AGM, the club is going into “sleeping” mode, and we are looking at minimizing the costs of keeping the club in the next year, until water levels come up again.

will continue, being held instead at (near Bathurst) from 1st March 2009.

We have four club dinghies available for visitors, two rescue boats and a well equipped spacious clubhouse with a gas kitchen, hot showers, clean toilets and BBQ's. The club has wonderful views of the dam and is surrounded by native trees, making an ideal camping ground for visiting sailors and their families.
