Click for story. ![]() News Flash: Timothy Hone has been awarded the Maritime Medal for his contribution to sailing in the Central West, and specifically with Sailability, on Wednesday 20 December 2006. Carcoar Dam Sailing Club Inc. (CDSC) is a small, friendly, family club offering racing and social cruising each Sunday during the warmer months. We have four club dinghies available for visitors, two rescue boats and a well equipped spacious clubhouse with a gas kitchen, hot showers, clean toilets and BBQ's. The club has wonderful views of the dam and is surrounded by native trees, making an ideal camping ground for visiting sailors and their families. Ask about
our "Try Sail" days. Drop-in and check us out one

is conducted using V.Y.C (Australia) Yardsticks and follow basic rules. All classes of sail boats are welcome, with Lasers, Solos, Mirrors, Access 2.3 and 303s, Corsairs, Maricats, and Hobiecats regularly in attendance (among others).
Two
races
are normally conducted each Sunday, with the first commencing
around 11:30am. Free entry. Junior
classes are also
